Ann-Marie's specialism lies across the areas of human resource consultancy, management development and project management. She has considerable expertise in the use of psychometric testing and competency based assessment, to measure people's behaviours and skills in the workplace. She has designed and delivered many bespoke assessment exercises to simulate as closely as possible the role, the environment and the culture of the designated company. As well as working with organisations to help them to recruit the right people, she has also been involved in auditing the skills of existing employees, identifying development needs and establishing a personal development plan system.

Prior to joining TGP as Business Manager in January 2000, Ann-Marie had successfully completed her first honours degree in Psychology. She then pursued a career as an Assessment Co-ordinator for a small HR Consultancy, where she led a project to design and manage the annual assessment of over 3,000 people across Lancashire. Within six months, she was promoted to Consultancy Manager and over a period of two years, she grew the company into a successful business working with blue chip clients including British Aerospace, Rolls Royce and Crown Wall Coverings.

Ann-Marie completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management in 1996 and subsequently joined a training organisation as a Senior Management Development Consultant working across the north west. Currently working towards her Masters in Management and an active member of British Psychological Society and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Ann-Marie also guest lectures on the Institute of Management Diploma in Management and Certificate in Management courses. She is qualified to BPS Level A and B and is a holder of SHL management assessment licence.
