Victoria has expertise in all areas of recruitment and selection, particularly in the design and management of assessment and development centres, competency frameworks, and all aspects of organisational psychology and development.

She successfully achieved an MBA, with specialist pathway in Human Resource Management. Prior to which she secured an honours degree in Business Studies and a HND in Business & Finance (specialising in HR). She then established a career within the executive recruitment industry working for the market leaders, TMP Worldwide and The National Computing Centre, across finance, IT and management sectors.

Victoria's expertise also lies within research and development, specifically within the areas of equal opportunities and gender bias. Most recently having worked in partnership with Lancaster University, Connexions, and The Chartered Management Institute.

Victoria was appointed as an HR Consultant by TGP HR in May 2000. She has undertaken the D32/33 NVQ Assessor Award and holds accreditation for BPS Level A and B, as well as Psychometric Technologies and SHL management assessment licences.
